Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.

Scrumy

Scrumy is a simple and intuitive way to do Scrum project management. At its core, Scrumy is a virtual taskboard, and is free. Scrumy Pro has more Scrum-specific features like multiple sprints, burndown charts, a product backlog, and daily snapshots.  Scrumy Pro now includes live updating!  This means that every action you perform on your computer can be seen by all members of your team immediately without the need to refresh.  See a live Pro project at http://scrumy.com/demo or start your own at www.scrumy.com!

Pricing Info:

The basic version of Scrumy is free.

A Scrumy Pro project is $7/month or $60/year prepaid ($5/month).

A Simple Solution for Simple People

Robert Brend rated it a 10 on (October 07, 2008)

We created Scrumy with the purpose of helping organize ourselves and stop the sticky notes from falling off of the wall. After using it we realized that we had actually created something useful and we built the production version. Everything in that version is simple, clean and made to be usable without ever being expensive. It serves our purpose and think it will do the same for others as well.
