Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.

Agileplan

Agileplan is a tool for planning agile software projects. It is currently developed as a student project at the Institute for Systems Engineering and Automation of the Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.

The goal of the agileplan-project is to create a web application which can be used to plan and control agile software projects. This application will provide the functionality to acquire the requirements and engineering tasks of the project and their dependencies. It can also create iteration plans and allows all stake-holders to track the project progress.

Requirements and Engineering Tasks are represented as file cards. There might be more different card types in the future. Every requirement and engineering task can be broken down into components if they are too complex to manage as a single card.
