Net Promoter Score Definition
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). FireScrum intents to help teams that faces any or all of the following problems:
- Team members that can't be every day with the rest of the team.
- The client wants a closer look at the project status without have to be on the site.
- Teams that don't want to build and maintain a scrum board.
- And don't want to loose the visibility of the taskboard.
We believe that we can improve the produtivity of team members providing a clean and easy-to-use user interface . Our experience with Scrum tell us that agility is everything, so, we are trying to build a tool that helps people to be more agile when they are managing tasks, extracting reports, buildind the backlog and so on.
