Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.
Online scrumboard application at http://tangyorange.com supports collaboration of teams following the SCRUM process. It facilitates planning, management, and tracking of SCRUM sprints. Featureset includes:
Web browser access allows distributed team members equal access to the scrumboard without requiring installation of specialized software.
Concurrent access by multiple users helps distributed teams achieve similar team dynamics and communication level that normally occurs during daily SCRUM meetings for co-located teams. Concurrent users of the web application can see changes made by each other without refreshing their browser windows.
Burndown charts are automatically computed based on scrumboard data and save time spent on post processing data from physical task boards.

Configurable size allows scrumboard size to be adjusted to the needs of the sprint.
The application works on Windows and Mac OS and requires Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari with Microsoft Silverlight web browser plugin installed.
