Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.
ScrumNinja is a project management tool built for especially for scrum by a team of Certified Scrum Masters. It is simple yet powerful, allowing planning and estimation, as well as keeping track of current and future sprints. We feature a story backlog, prioritizable by drag and drop, and automatically chunked into sprints by average velocity. ScrumNinja is currently in public beta, and will remain free for open source projects, as well as single projects with up to 3 users. We plan to to charge about $12/user/month for unlimited projects.
