Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.

Agilebuddy

Agilebuddy is a full featured web based project management application built on a rich collaboration platform, it allows for flexible, dynamic project administration and offers users an easy way to create, estimate and plan Scrum development projects.

Agilebuddy Collaboration Features: Never seen before in Scrum software

Real time status feeds: Easily see what the entire team is working on at any moment, just like Facebook.
Central “destination” for geographically dispersed teams: Teams working from more than one location can realize all the upside of a centralized Scrum project, resulting in a high level of collaboration and more effective communication between the entire team. Other products on the market today are designed to be used with the entire team working from one local office.
Customer transparency: Teams using Scrum, find it best to engage their customers in the development process right from the start. Agilebuddy’s newsfeed format allows the customer to scroll through Sprints and view what the development team is working on, all in real time. The benefit is that customers can interactively provide feedback during the process, rather than at the end, when it is costly to make changes.
Team transparency: Agilebuddy’s activity tracker has been developed to keep team members in sync. All tasks are consolidated into the activity tracker. Consequently, the entire team continuously receives a status update on new tasks, completed tasks, upcoming issues, etc.
Centralized document management: Every development project has many documents to which it refers to on a regular basis, including product specifications, marketing requirements, etc. Agilebuddy stores all these documents in a single, central location which facilitates easy access.

Agilebuddy is designed to be used with any Agile process including Scrum and eXtreme Programming (XP). These methodologies and processes are gaining momentum with software development teams around the world.
