Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). easyBacklog

easyBacklog is an agile backlog management tool designed for agencies and teams working to fixed budgets. The product differs from other products as follows:

Setting up your backlog is as fast as Excel, full keyboard control, drag and drop, yet none of the fuss or likelihood of incorrect formulas with Excel
Snapshots allow you to compare a backlog at any point in time with the current version or another snapshot. This is a unique and essential tool in change control when working in a fixed cost environment, typical within agencies.
easyBacklog does not try and replace key agile methodology with tools, it simply streamlines them. As an example, we still advocate the use of physical task boards, so we have a feature which allows you to simply print double-sided story cards with acceptance criteria on the back.

easyBacklog is visually simple, delivers on all the key features you'd expect from a backlog management tool (such as sprints and burn down charts), but is targeted at scrum masters, project managers and product owners. It is not another collaboration tool which pulls people away from the "people over process" manifesto.

easyBacklog will introduce a subscription model in the future that will be competitive with other agile tools in the market. However, any backlogs that you have set up prior to the subscription model being introduced will be accessible indefinitely.
