Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). A more detailed description including examples is also available.

Mike Cohn's - Alternative Release Burndown Chart

Brad Chinn rated it a 9 on (October 22, 2008)

ScrumWorks provides a useful and intuitive agile management product that you should evaluate and consider before making your purchase decision. The agile tools available on the market today do many similar things, some better than others, but ScrumWorks offers a feature that distinguishes them from the rest: ScrumWorks appears to be one of the only, if not *the* only, product(s) to implement Mike Cohn's Alternate Release Burndown Chart. This chart is an excellent tool for estimating and projecting the release date/range for your agile project and ScrumWorks generates it for you!
