Net Promoter Score Definition

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). The principles of scrum are easy - using scrum is not! You cannot preach daily visability of your progress without having the right tooling. This requires burndown charts on the one hand but this is not sufficient. The right user interface to motivate your team to use and update tasks/tickets is required. The effort to care for the tickets has to be minimal for acceptance reasons. This was the main reason for us to introduce Agilo and we are really happy with the result.
