Net Promoter Score Definition
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an attempt to distill into a single value, what users of a company’s products think of it. Users are asked a single question along the lines of “How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend or coworker?”, which is the question used by the UserStories.com website. A product’s NPS is determined by subtracting the percentage of people unlikely to recommend the product (0-6) from those likely to do so (9-10). We are using Agilo for Scrum since 11 iterations with many distributed teams and projects. The new online whiteboard is supporting us perfectly during the sprint planning and the daily Scrums. Agilo is the best Scrum Tool we found on the market.
